Great work on today on “Lisa”! Holy crap that was hard – the handstand push ups killed me… as usual. THANKS Lisa ;)

We’re closed this Monday – meaning OnRamp will be on the Tuesday, NOT the Monday. Saturday and Sunday will be normal weekend Open Gym hours – Alicia will be there to beat you guys up!

Warm up

2 Rounds –

E2M-10 (Every 2 minutes for 10 Minutes):
3 Overhead squats – Start with a decent weight and try to increase each round.

3 Minute AMRAP:
6 Box jumps
6 Knees to Elbows

– 1 Minute Rest –

3 Minute AMRAP:
6 Kettlebell Swings
6 Push ups

Mobility:
Stretch – Glutes & Pecs
Foam Roller – T-spine & Quads
