Hey Folks!

Nice short WOD to ease into the week. Sorry if your calves are sore… I didn’t know what was programmed on Sunday haha.

The Grand Opening is fast approaching! Tell your friends and family to come out around 10am-5pm (they don’t have to stay the whole time haha) for some festivities!

Warm up

2 Rounds – 10 reverse dislocates, 30 second hollow rock, 10 tuck jumps, 5 good mornings (empty bar)

E2M-10 (Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes):
2 Clean and Jerks @80%

12 Minute AMRAP:
2 Deadlifts
4 Handstand push ups
8 Pistols

Mobility:
Stretch – Hamstrings, quads/Psoas
LaX Ball – Glutes, Traps
