Warm up

2 Rounds – 10 Dislocates, 10 OH squats, 10 hops, 10 tuck jumps

Snatch  2-2-2-1-1-1

5 Rounds for time:
10 slam balls
10 push ups
10 sit ups
10 squats

Mobility:
Stretch – T-spine
Foam roll – Lats, Quads
