Warm up

2 Rounds – 10 Dislocates, 10 push ups, 10 air squats, 10 spiderman Lunges

Back Squat – Find your new 1RM

8 Minute AMRAP:
4 Handstand Push ups
8 Russian KB swings
12 Sit ups

Mobility:
Stretch – Shoulders & Glutes
Foam Roll – T-spine
