Nice cleans today! PR City in the gym AND some great work on the squat (AKA proper) version of the clean. Very nice!

It’s the weekend again! That was fast eh? Let’s keep our training up and work hard!

Running Clinic will be on Sunday, July 14th from 12pm-2/3ish I believe. Once again more details to be revealed shortly! But there will be some small lecture portions, break out sessions with some gait analysis and drill prescriptions. It’s going to be a good one!

Warm up

2 Rounds – 10 toe touches, 10 inch worms, 10 ring rows, 10 dislocates

Deadlift 3×3 @ 75%

3 Rounds for time:
400m Run
5 Back Squats
20 Walking Lunges

Mobility:
Foam Roll – Quads, Hamstrings, Calves
Stretch – Calves & Hamstrings
