Holy HOT! I just picked up another little drum fan for the gym – It probably won’t make it that much cooler, but it’ll make a great place to stand in front of to cool off once you’re sweaty! Dig in and let me know what you think!

Warm up

2 Rounds – 10 band pulls, 30 second russian baby maker, 10 push ups plus, 10 inch worms

Press 3×7 @60%

10 Minute AMRAP:
30 second plank
5 Hang power clean
2 jerks (alternating forward leg)

Mobility:
Foam Roll – Quads, hamstrings, Calves
Stretch – Pecs, Calves
