Hey Folks!

Sneaky WOD today right?  Super fun.  Pistols are a good time… I’m glad they popped into my head right as I was writing the wod :)

It’s finally going to cool off this weekend!  Today wasn’t actually very bad at all… I expect to see more of you in the gym after it cools off a bit!

I’m thinking a recovery lecture might be worth doing sometime in the near future too – Let me know if this is something that might interest you guys!

Warm up

2 Rounds – 10 dislocates, 10 overhead squats. 10 hops, 30 second Russian baby maker

Snatch 2-2-1-1-1-1

8 Minute AMRAP:
8 Overhead walking lunges
16 Air squats
24 Double unders

Mobility:
Stretch – Glutes, Hamstrings
Foam Roll – Quads, Calves
