It’s almost the weekend!  quit your jobs around 11am tomorrow – the CrossFit games will be on streaming at games.crossfit.com

The masters finished up today and they were impressive!  That’s the goal (for me at least) – to be healthy, strong and functional into my 60’s (at least).

Keep up the great work guys, it’s nice to see how happy everyone is while they train and how much they enjoy coming in to workout.  I know I’ve said it before, but you guys are the best members ever.

Warm up

2 Rounds – 10 dislocates, 10 overhead squats, Pec stretch, Burgener warm up

Snatch  2-2-1-1-1-1

3 minute AMRAP:
5 Push press
5 toes to bar

rest 1 minute

3 Minute AMRAP:
5 Ring dips
5 kettlebell swings

Mobility:
Stretch – Quads, forearms
LaX ball – Pecs, traps
