So I was told todays WOD was “easy”, well good! I can’t be crushing you guys everyday… I have to give you guys hope from time to time ;)

I also think it just has to do with you all improving your fitness over this summer. Anyway…

Catayst Games! Sign up! Form teams and sign up – Email catalyst or Mel or facebook message them, or me and let me know your teams/team names etc. Looks like we’ve got a good group going – I’m proud to have a good showing again this year! Also – it’s on a Saturday, so food and beverages in the Sault afterwards will be necessary :)

Warm up

2 Rounds – 10 band pull aparts, 10 squats, 10 spiderman lunges, 10 inch worms

Warm up to 75% of your Snatch Max

3 Rounds – with necessary rest:
3 position Snatch
2 Minutes for Max Double unders

1 Round for time:
25 Thrusters
25 Toes to bar
25 Box Jumps
25 Toes to bar
25 Thrusters

Mobility:
Foam roll – Glutes, Quads, T-spine
