Hey Folks!

Awesome work today – just imagine doing 100’s instead of 50’s!  T-Rex arms for a week AND almost a guaranteed hands tear.

Make sure you sign up for the Catalyst games!  I’m not sure what people are doing for Hotels – but I’m assuming many are trying to stay Saturday night?  No idea, but I’m happy to celebrate with whoever is in town when we’re there.  HERE IS THE LINK (which seems crazy hard to find online!)

Warm up

2 Rounds – Bear crawl 1 length, 10 push up plus, 10 good mornings (empty bar), 10 spiderman lunges

Back Squat 3×8 @70%

10 Minute AMRAP:
30 Second ring row hold
10 walking lunges
10 Kettlebell Swings

Mobility:
LaX Ball – Glutes, Lats, Traps, Rhomboids
