Hey Folks!
Sneaky wod right??? I saw a lot of, “is that seriously the workout?” looks when people entered the gym and a lot of, “ok.. yeah… that was fun” when people left :) You guys are the best!
Catalyst games are approaching! Make sure you check out their site for updates and even info about what some of the WODs will be! Sign up! I’ve sent the list on to Mel at Catalyst so she’ll know who’s on what team.
It’s looking like the Health, Performance and Longevity programming will commence just after Labour Day. I’ll also be in the gym full time as I’ll be opening, “Real Life Health”, my clinic in the front half of the building! We will be home to a group of movement specialists in the not too distant future. If you know a health care professional who’d like to be a part of the clinic, let myself or Kristin know!

2 Rounds – 10 reverse dislocates, 10 hops, 10 jumping squats, 30 second Pec Stretch
1 Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch @ 75% x4

Run 400m (maybe bring a hoodie with you!)
15 Slam Balls
10 Pistols
Mobility:
– Russian Baby Maker 1 Minute
– Foam Roller – T-spine 2 minutes
