Hey Folks!

Labour day weekend is about to arrive and you guys have been crushing extreme all week long. Good work – As always you make your coaches and fellow members proud!

This weekend there will probably be a lot going on at the gym/clinic, lots of moving stuff around and cleaning. Anyone who wants to help out, feel free to come in Friday afternoon/evening or Saturday and I’m sure we’ll have a job for you. If not, it’s all good, you can show your appreciation by PRing in the new space and enjoying it as much as possible :)

Warm up

2 Rounds – 10 spiderman lunges, 10 ring rows, 10 tuck jumps, 10 Inch worms

Clean & Jerk – Work up to a max. Once again, great form is required!
