Great work today! It was funny hearing, “I thought you said the workouts would be easier this week” :) The workouts are never easy.. just easier, maybe?
For the Catalyst competitors, tomorrow is the last day I’d suggest going hard at the gym. Possibly choose one of the events to try out or make a similar WOD to the ones they’ve posted. Never hurts to have been there before!
The clinic is open and the first day was great! THanks for the kind words today, I really enjoyed being all in the same place all day today :) I’m hoping it means I can offer an even better service now!
Warm up
2 Rounds – 10 inch worms, 10 tuck jumps, 10 Band pulls, 30 seconds side plank x2 (30 per side :))
Practice Handstands, Handstand push ups, Wall walks, Wall runs until half past (approximately 15 minutes)
4 Rounds for time:
10 Front Squats
10 Burpees
Mobility:
Stretch – pecs, quads/psoas
Foam roll – Quads, Glutes, T-Spine
