Hey Folks!

Awesome WOD today – it was fun spending time upside down and watching some people get their first hand stand, wall walk, etc.

Catalyst competitors, I would probably take tomorrow (Thursday) or Friday off, and use the other day to work on mobility and maybe do a light row/run/airdyne/skip.  We don’t want to be too sore going into Saturday.  If you haven’t seen yet, the schedule has been posted for Saturday.

Warm up

2 Rounds – 10 squats, 10 push ups, bear crawl 1 length, 10 spiderman lunges

Back Squat 3×5 @60%

10 Minute AMRAP  ***Compare to Tuesday, July 23rd, 2013:
10 Walking lunges
10 Sit ups
10 Wall Ball

Mobility:
Stretch – Quads, Hamstrings
LaX Ball – Glutes, Rhomboids
