Helen looked like lots of fun and I feel like every who had repeated it, PR’d!  Awesome work.  Even a 1 second PR is a PR.  Don’t forget that.

Warm up

2 Rounds – 10 squats, 10 lunges, 10 push up plus, 30 second ring row hold

Accumulate 3 Minute in an L-sit

12 Minute AMRAP:
4 Handstand Push ups
8 Ring Rows
12 Walking lunges

Mobility:
Foam Roll – T-Spine, IT Bands
LaX Ball – Pecs, Lats, Rotator Cuff
