Beauty WOD today – you could really see the advantage to doing double unders over singles. Sorry, Folks who did singles.
So, just to make sure Everyone knows, the Weightlifting Competition this weekend is in North Bay. In case anyone else is coming out to cheer. It’s kind of all day long (10:30am-4:30pm-ish). You will get to see Mandie and I in singlets :)
ALRIGHT, onto the WOD.
Warm up
2 Rounds – 10 squats, 10 inch worms, 10 Spinal twists, 10 Push up plus
Ring Dips 10×3 On the minute
Tabata Something Else!
8 rounds of max reps in :20 with :10 rest of:
Pull up
Push up
Sit up
Squat
Score is total reps completed. Also post a total score for each movement.

Foam Roll – Everything.
