Great work on the repeat WOD!  Lots of PR’s, you guys always impress me.

Warm up

2 Rounds – 10 second hollow rock x3, 10 ring rows, 10 tuck jumps, 10 hops

Planks minus 1 limb x4 (15 seconds each position) x5

Toes to bar
Jumping Squats
Dead Lift, 225/155

Mobility:
Stretch – Hamstrings, Calves, Pecs
LaX Ball – Rotator Cuff
