Warm up
2 Rounds – 10 dislocates, 10 reverse dislocates, 10 inch worms, 10 spiderman lunges, foam roll
Back Squat 3×5 @65%
8 Minute AMRAP:
8 Walking Lunges
8 Push Press
8 Burpees
Mobility:
Stretch – Glutes, Quads, Pecs
Foam Roll – Quads, T-spine
