Hey Folks!

I know we did lunges two days in a row, but that WOD was awesome!  Very much on the will power/determination side of things.  The weekend is almost here!  and only 19 more days until Christmas!  Come in, get in a good WOD, work a little, do your Xmas shopping, then head home and watch “A Christmas Story”.  I love Christmas time :)

Warm up

2 Rounds – 10 overhead squats, 10 reverse dislocates, 10 inch worms, 10 LONG lunges

Work on a weakness/Choose your own adventure for your Strength/Skill work.

5 Rounds for time:
5 Deadlifts – moderate load
10 burpees

Mobility:
Stretch – Hamstrings, Shoulders
LaX Ball – Side Butt, Traps
