Hey Friends!
There were some awesome WODs this weekend and I hope you had a chance to try them out and get all sweaty. Lots of fun stuff coming up over the coming weeks. We’re still squatting, and I’m just starting to take a little emphasis off weightlifting so much (though we’ll still be hitting the lifts once a week, more or less) and work on grunt work and gymnastics skills. You keep putting in the hard work and I’ll keep putting up good WODs.
Feedback on that Squat day was that they were HEAVY. You’ll likely see that one again… maybe a tad lighter though, if we want it to fit into a normal days training :)
