Hey Friends!
So… it looked “easy” on the whiteboard right? If you pushed yourself on the mile, on the presses, and on the tabata squats, then you got a GREAT workout today. If you slacked, then it probably felt like a good warm up, which depending on how you’re feeling today, isn’t such a bad thing. But, make sure you’re checking out the “context” for the day as well as taking stock in how you’re feeling.
