Killer weekend! It was SO warm out there, and sunny, and the energy of spring is in the air :) We’re going to be hitting some higher rep back squats and bench presses for a few weeks, to build up some more stability and strength. Enjoy them ;) I know I will!

Coaches Notes:
Strength acquisition! Make a solid effort to stay strict on the toes to bar and take your time on the squats (to ensure you’re doing them properly AKA safely). Different story on the WOD. Blow your brains out haha. Gas pedal until you get to rest. See if you can maintain that for 4 rounds :) Don’t tear your hands!

Every 2.5 minutes for 3 rounds:
12 Back Squats @55%
12 Strict toes to bar
