Good times!  The Handstand stuff sure did a good job of slowing things down and giving us a chance to catch our breath a little.  It’s been nice to work on toes to bar as much as we have, too, as they’re usually in the open :)

200 Cal Row
150 Sit ups
100 Walking lunges

3 Burpees together every minute
