Hey Folks!

Hope you’ve been enjoying the last few WODs and their “open-esque” structure.  Hopefully it’ll all pay-off over the coming weeks.  This is what we train for (aside from local comps, etc.) for the year.  So trust in your fitness, do you best, and have some fun with it (most importantly)!

Coaches Notes:

Take an easy approach to this if you’re planning on doing the Open WOD on Friday.  You could also plan on skipping it all together and simply working on your mobility and some endurance work.  Otherwise – have at it and enjoy it!  I’m sad I won’t be doing this one!

Conditioning – “Grindinggg”

AMRAP 20 minutes
5 burpees
10 Shoulder to Overhead (115/73)
5 burpees
10 Toes to Bar
5 burpees
10 Power Clean (115/73)
