Hey Folks!
18.2 is… Burpees and Cleans with an ascending weight. I don’t know – that’s my guess. I never can guess them particularly well – but regardless, it’s going to be a fun one, and we’ve got a couple a beauties to watch throw down for Friday Night Lights!

Coaches Notes:
Should be another good little lung burner with the added bonus of being semi-challenging for the grip. Get the sets done efficiently & spend as little time on the rope as you can – same reason – to save the grip. Scale the weight on the snatches accordingly, as well as the cals on the bike/rower.
