Coaches Notes:
Set a pace on the WOD that you can maintain and keep breathing. The dumbbells will feel a little heavy, but they aren’t THAT heavy. Keep thinking, “this is cardio” – you can just keep on moving so definitely do just that. Steady movement. Then set up and hit a confident clean, and move from there. Make sure you don’t get any no reps from mistakes on the burpee. Two foot jump back in, two foot take off, two foot landing.
