Hope you guys had a great weekend – there were a LOT of Clean PR’s over the course of this Open WOD – Great work everyone.  ALL those cleans we did has paid off – though, your hard work is what matters most.  I’ll keep trying to provide an awesome environment to get fit in if you keep coming out to do the work ;)

Today (Monday) at 8pm is the last chance to submit your WOD scores and try the challenge of the week – so git’er done!

Coaches Notes:

Little pressing Strength work followed up by a nice-pre-paced conditioning session.  Scale the weight on the Snatch to get between 5-10 reps each set.  On the Burpee – treat it like a push up plyo – the floor is lava, so stay off it ;)

Bench Press
3-3-3-3-3
*Ascending Weight from 60-75%

Conditioning – “Up/Down-Yes/No”

9 Rounds for total reps:
30 seconds Power Snatch (115/73)
30 seconds rest
30 seconds Burpees
30 seconds rest
