Great work today – a nice little sweat fest! It’s HUMP day! Middle of the week, some solid training to get in this week. Get those high quality reps in, work in that quality, and high five your friends with a little extra oomph ;)

Coaches Notes:
Overhead squat practice! Lucky day :) Make sure you’re dialling in that shoulder and thoracic spine position – so if you aren’t able to lock out your elbows, or stay back in your heels – find a weight that you can do that with and grind through those nasty bits. This workout should be a pretty quick one (hence, the name). Unbroken sets – catch your breath/pace out the burpees.

10 power snatch (75/55)
15 burpees
10 Overhead Squat (75/55)
