Great work today on what was a “sprint”, only in the way that the reps weren’t that hard to continue doing – just the reps took a little while :P  Burpees will do that.

We’ve got another Open announcement coming up!  I’m thinking box jumps, handstand push ups, and maybe deadlifts?  Might just be a couplet though.

Coaches Notes:

Focus on smoothing out your transitions and maintain EXTREMELY HIGH-QUALITY DEADLIFTS.  The weight isn’t crazy heavy, but if you don’t treat it with respect you’ll be laid up on the couch for a few weeks.  That doesn’t help your fitness :P  Be smart – train intelligently.

Amrap 22 minutes:
20 box jumps (24/20)
5 Deadlift (225/155)
20 air squats
5 deadlifts
20 Toes to bar
5 deadlifts
