Hey Folks!

Hope you all had a great weekend and your backs and pride are still intact.  The standard they used for the HSPU this year is definitely an interesting one, and while I don’t think it necessarily achieved what they had hoped, at least they’re trying to improve it.

We’ve got one last week in the open – so let’s pull our socks up and keep at it for one more week.  I’m thinking we’ll see some thrusters and pull ups.  Maybe a repeat of 11.6 (3-6-9-12-15-etc, thrusters & pull ups) but maybe with DB thrusters?

Time will tell!

Coaches Notes:

This one is power production/stamina.  Take your time and move efficiently.  OVER jump the first jump to ensure your shins stay intact.  Use a nice little pop from the hips on those KB swings and they should fly up there nicely.  If you aren’t friends with american swings, do Russian ones :)
