So? How was today with all its’ one-sided-ness? Did it reveal some asymmetries for you guys? That’s a good thing then if you struggled. It shows exactly what you could focus on in order to improve by an order of magnitude! Now it’s just doing the work :)

Coaches Notes:
Working on that Squat clean strength! Get after it! Rest as needed between sets. Make sure you’re pulling that bar towards you – not you jumping forward to accommodate the bar. Don’t let it push you around! The WOD is straight lungs. keep breathing and keep moving. It’ll be over before you know it :)
