Nice little break from the longer beat downs we’ve had lately, right?  Still, thrusters always make me uncomfortable.  Maybe it has to do with being 6’1″ and having a larger wingspan, but sadly, those are just excuses.  Great work everyone.

So we get to “choose” the last workout of the open – though ultimately, I don’t think it matters a whole lot.  It will likely be  very challenging workout, and when it’s all said and done, you can only get what you put into it.  Even Fran is an easy workout if you take longer to finish it.

Coaches Notes:

A fun day of training :) Karabell should be a good time with a partner, as you’ll get that beautiful 1:1 work to rest ratio.  This can be done quite quickly if you don’t waste time.  Just sayin’.  On the Warm up – Just set your pace and make sure you aren’t wasting time getting on and off the rower.  I would even suggest that you shouldn’t bother strapping in for it – just rest your feet in the little foot holders.  Don’t shoot yourself off the back of the rower though.

For time:
1500m Row
*4 Burpees on the minute

Partner WOD! – “Karabell”

10 rounds (alternate with your partner, so 5 each):
3 Snatches (135/95 – any style)
15 Wall Ball (20/14)
