Hey Folks!
Great work today everyone – it was a grind and a half and a great mental test. Such a great way to start the week after a little too much indulgence over the weekend. I find the long grinds after some indulgence/rest is a great way to make the rest of the week feel good. So embrace that grind, and know that it’ll feel even better the next day.

Coaches Notes:
Some quality Back Squat work, followed up by a sprint that is likley to be pretty gnarly. BUT, you can do it, mostly if you put your back into it. Also your legs, and arms, and all the muscles in your trunk. Don’t forget about those ones.
