Hey Folks!

We’ve got a special workout slated for Thursday – I’ve seen a variety of workouts made for the Humboldt tragedy, but this is the one I had seen from UG series and CrossFit Haze (in SK).

If you don’t know much about it – give it a quick google search and get caught up.  In addition to coming in to do the workout – we encourage you to wear green tomorrow as well.

Conditioning – “Humboldt Strong”

WOD
6 Rounds
4 min AMRAP

15 burpees onto a plate
29 box jumps
(Partner alternating movements each partner does all reps)

1 minute rest between rounds
Pick up where you left off. Warm up those calves properly.
