Great work today – you guys did a great job of challenging yourself with the weights you used for your cleans – very impressive! :)
Apparently there is still a whole lot of roofing BS out behind the building, which makes running back there kinda unsafe/gross – so we’ll be doing rowing Helen! Prepare those forearms, and be careful not to fall off the bar! grips & chalk & being mindful of your grip strength is helpful ;)

Watch that grip. Set a solid pace but don’t blow yourself up on the rower. KB Swings are overhead.
