Hey Folks!

Great work today – It was a beautiful day, and a nice simple WOD to get the week started.  Likely there will be some sore calves, pecs, and lats over the next couple days, but it’s all good, right?

You guys pumped up for the Battle?  June 2nd.  Bell Park (Across from the york street parking lot).  Epic WODs.  Awesome people.  An easy trip to cool off, if need be :P  If you aren’t competing there will still be lots to see and do – so come out, tell your mom and your friends and your dog or whoever, and make sure you aren’t working that day.  It’ll be worth it for SURE.

Coaches Notes:

Heavy Deadlifts, and some pacing work on the rower.  Good idea to row at your roughly 1000m pace for the 750m.  5 rounds are a lot of rounds.  Then some awesome movement conditioning – Try to get 20-30 Air Squats each time.  It’s only 5 rounds – just keep givin’ ‘er.
