What a beauty weekend eh? Hope you all got outside. I got out for a couple nice bike rides (anyone have tips on how not to get a little sore on the underside there?) and hung outside with the best girl and our tiny friend a whole lot. Hope you guys had a good time too :)
We’re testing some lifts this week – so now is a good time to remind folks to push the limit, but maintain really good form. The old saying, “I made toast, but I burned the house down in the process” applies here. Getting that little bit extra with brutal form and blowing your back out is a bad choice. Crushing a PR with great form because we’ve been working a whole lot of squatting and hinging, with a good amount of single leg variety, is a great choice.

Coaches Notes:
Max out day! Don’t let the bar push you around – you tell it who’s boss and have your way with it (in a consensual way, of course). THen we have a nice little cool down WOD ;) pull ups, push ups and running/rowing/biking. You pick your poison on that one.
