Hey Folks!

Boom – long, sunny grind to lighten up your day (even if you don’t like Wall Balls!)  We’ve just got the best people, the best WODs, and the best days (not sure why, but we just do).  Kristin and I have been painting the new place, and orders have been coming in for flooring and stuff, so you could say things are starting to get pretty serious.  I’m super stoked to get it all made up and ready for you guys, and for us to continue to grow and get even MORE people fit.

Coaches Notes:

Shoulder Press day!  Yessss.  Remember not to press that bar out in front of you, as it makes it way more difficult.  No cheating with a little mini push press either ;)  On the WOD – set a solid pace and then try to go a little bit faster (so long as your form is great).  Power through so that you can get to that rest.
