Great work today!  It was a great day – 34 years ago, I was zero.  Thanks Mom for making me from scratch, and for everyone else for helping to shape me into who I am.

Coaches Notes:

More lung work for ya.  We have a fun take on “active recovery” instead of straight up rest, we’re going to do some air squats to “recover”.  Just keep breathing and moving :)
