Hey Folks!

Boom!  That was a nice little break after yesterdays mental beatdown (depending on how the dubs went for you).  Everyone that I saw “trying” their double unders rocked it.  The hard work and practice is paying off.  My “win” was going unbroken on the DB push presses.  It was challenging, but I was super stoked to get that done.

More regionals this weekend – All the western Canadians are throwing down in the “west” region, and there are some other beauties too – games.crossfit.com will have what you need if you want to watch.

Coaches Notes:

More unilateral, weird lifts for you guys today.  Going to blast your hammies into PR crushing oblivion.  Then we have a beauty of a fran-esque WOD that should be a lot more approachable than real Fran, but likely a little more of a lung burn.
