pa-pow!  The weekend ended.  It was a good one though!  EPIC storm Friday night, and then a pretty awesome day both Saturday AND Sunday.  Ain’t nothing wrong with that!

Coaches Notes:

Do proper Hang Power Snatches, where the bar ends up mid thigh, not where it bounces off your hips.  We’re working on developing strength and skill right now, as we get closer to the open we can practice cycing the barbell more quickly, and the little hacks that lead to that.  Try to do the “open standard” on the burpees (i.e. jumping the feet in and out)

Banded deadlifts
5 x 3 @ heavy for the day, across

Conditioning – “I came to get down”

Amrap 17 minutes
14 hang power snatch (115/75)
22 burpees
14 Box jump overs, no rebound
