Hey Folks!
Todays WOD was a little more deceptive than they’ve been lately. Lately they’ve looked difficult and WERE difficult. This one didn’t look too bad. Then the lungs and forearms got going. Keep in mind – that’s still 45 clean and jerks!
I hope you guys are all having an awesome week – I often find it feels like forever up until Wednesday, and then all of a sudden it’s the weekend. We’ve got some solid days between then though – so take some time to enjoy the moments you get :)

Coaches Notes:
Should be a fun, longer grind today. Good times for SURE. Plan your reps out. Maybe even don’t split them up half and half, so that the person stronger at some things does more of them? One thing to try your best on for sure. knees to elbows. That’s when your knees touch your elbows ;) Not your armpits or triceps (though, those are fantastic scaling options, along with hanging knee raises, or even supine knees to elbows, or V-ups). Have a good time, but don’t get sloppy with form just because the loads are light, and the WOD is a “quick” one.

100 box jumps
100 jumping pull ups
100 Kettlebell Swings
100 walking lunges
100 Kness to Elbows
100 push press
100 Good mornings
100 wall balls
100 burpees
100 double unders
