Do it right. :P Hook grip & Horseradish will set you straight on those HPSnatches. Seriously though, use your hips and hammies. Mel Cropp you have to go from the full hang, not just the high hang ;) Practice makes perfect. On the WOD. Break things up ahead of time so that you take short rests. but attack this WOD with as little rest as possible. It’s only 60 toes to bar and 90 PP. You’ll survive.
