Great work today – Folks were sprinting, and it seemed like so long as the double unders went alright for you, there wasn’t too much faster you could go without crushing the row even harder.

Today is about the grind. Grinding through some deadlifts. Grinding through the cleans and moderately heavy thrusters. Grinding through a bunch of burpees. You’re going to love it ;)
Strength:
Deadlift 6×6
Same weight across the sets. heavy for the day (for this many reps).
Conditioning – “Stone Cold Said So!”

30 burpees
20 hang power cleans (115/73)
10 thrusters (115/73)
