Hey Folks!
Great work today in that epic heat. We set up a sprinkler for folks to jump through when they’re hot, which also doubles as a no-frills water fountain :P Don’t leave it running – but help yourselves!
Today looks like it’ll be even more of a sweatfest!

Coaches Notes:
Weightlifting Complex! Keep adding weight. Don’t forget that anything above parallel is considered “power”. Stomp the feet on the push jerk which will help with “sticking” the landing. No secrets on the WOD – just slog through it and smile :)

5 sets, ascending weight:
