Great work today – as usual.  The heat was INTENSE.  So much for rain :( I was hoping it would cut the humidity a little.  Oh well!  More beautiful days – can’t really complain THAT much!

Coaches Notes:

This should be a BEAUTY WOD to do with a friend.  There will be a little bit of work/rest going on, but not much, as each thing won’t take too long to do.  Step up all the way to full extension, as it’ll put some hair on your chest (which is a good thing).

Conditioning – “Well now one of us has to change…”

Partner workout – AMRAP 18 minutes

One partner does movement 1, then hands off
to the next partner for movement 2, and so
on.

8 DB step up overs
10 DB shoulder to overhead
12 DB deadlift

You chose weight, use 2 DBs per team or KB
