Hey Folks!

What a beauty weekend!  Hope you all got out to enjoy it.  The Northern Lights Festival looked pretty epic.  We’ve got a full week, that looks like it’s going to be a hot one – don’t forget to drink some water – take some rest here and there, and eat a juicy nectarine.

Coaches Notes:

Snatch grip deadlifts!  Hook grip or regular grip, chest up, hips down, Maintain position.  This is the perfect time NOT have a stripper butt (you can practice that elsewhere if you need to).  This might be a little tough on the hands/shoulders – put those grips on if you want.  Make an effort to get under the snatches, especially as you get tired (versus pressing it out).
