Good work to everyone that came and crushed extreme today – you guys thrustered those thrusters like they needed thrustering.  Hows that for a sentence?  (Not very good… sadly)

the weather is fine, and we’re all getting tanned.  More running today – BUT you get to split it up with a partner, so that’s fun.

The body comp machine is set up and ready to go.  Email me, or talk to Andrea at the front if you’d like to book a time to come in and get tested.  Being tested without any advice/coaching/plan kinda leaves folks hanging, so let us know if you’d like to do the test alone (with help interpreting it, of course – $27) or if you’d like to sandwich it in with some high-quality coaching ($97/month).  If you’ve been in to see me for nutrition in the past, shoot me a message and we’ll sort out a plan to get you scanned and create a new or update an existing plan.

2 rounds For Time with a partner:
run 800m
50 Wall Ball (20/14)
run 800m
50 Dumbbell hang power clean (50/35 in each hand)

Break up the work as desired, including the runs.
