Great work today getting all those burpees in.  From the way it sounds, it was not an easy workout.  Good.  Hahah – Now the rest of the weeks workouts will feel easy, right?

Coaches Notes:

This is going to be gnarly on the grip and legs.  Break things up into managable sets and stick to it.  Being efficient with the barbell is going to be important, as otherwise your thighs and back are going to pay the price.  Keep the bar tight to the body, keep your chest up, and use that hook grip.  For real.
