Hey Folks!

Phew – nice little “break” from the slaughter of monday’s workout.  You guys are impressive though – so many soldiered on through it, despite looks of “I don’t want to do this anymore” from around the end of round 2 onwards.  I know I say it a lot, but I get the feeling I’ll continue to impressed for years to come.

Coaches Notes:

Heavy Back Squats coming at ya.  You guys had 10×1 last week and now we get to bump that up a little bit.  Make sure it’s a weight you can handle, but it’s ok for it to be a grind, so long as the form is impeccable.  Otherwise you’re just strengthening crappy positions (in a bad way).  WOD is another Sara Lacy special (it seems).  It’ll be a long grind.  So plan our your rep scheme for the TTB and OHS ahead of time, versus going out hot and then doing sets of 1 later on.

Strength:

Back squat
6 x 2 @ 80%+
rest 3 minutes between sets
